CDM Institute

CDM Institute is a network of state-licensed career-training schools located in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The goal of CDM Institute is to provide career training for students who are interested in starting a new career, or to provide enhancement training for students who want to improve their skills in an existing profession. CDM Institute has campuses in Wayne, Mariton, Allentown, Vineland, Woodbridge, and Jersey City.

CDM Institute's curriculum consists of fast-tracked programs designed to provide adults with the skills they need to succeed in competitive modern workplaces. CDM Institute's programs include CNC programming and mastercam, Microsoft Office Specialist, and more. Programs vary based on campus, so consult your local CDM Institute school to determine whether the program you want is available at a nearby campus.

CDM Institute goes beyond just providing career training programs. CDM Institute also offers skill training classes designed to help students build skills to advance in their existing careers. These skill training classes include classes in Microsoft Office products, classes in computerized bookkeeping products, such as QuickBooks and Peachtree, and other software and systems-related classes. These classes enable students who are already working in their desired career master the skills they need to get a promotion or take on more responsibility.

In addition to career training programs, CDM Institute offers an 8-Step Career Placement Program to help successful graduates find employment. 92% of students who participate in the career placement program find jobs. The 8-step placement program is incorporated into student training throughout the program. This integrated training includes: tips on cover letters, how to write a resume, how to prepare for an interview, and effective follow-up techniques.

Students at CDM Institute must have a high school diploma or GED. Some courses or programs require additional experience or training.
